Fees

We are in-network with Medicare Part B and with CareFirst BC/BS of Maryland. We do accept both Flexible Spending Account (FSA) and Health Savings Account (HSA) as a means for payment.

For out-of-network and self-pay clients, we can provide you with a superbill for therapy sessions upon request. This will allow you to submit for reimbursement with your individual insurance company. All prior authorizations and insurance inquires should be completed by the policy holder prior to start of care and therapy.

A Good Faith Estimate (GFE) can be provided for all clients who are interested in therapy services upon request. This will be provided to you before your start of care if requested. Please indicate that you wish to receive a GFE upon establishing your care and therapy needs.
